Ensuring Quality has now been revised

Ensuring quality has been revised.  This is an essential policy document for all centre staff involved in externally verified/moderated assessment.  Centre staff are encouraged to use this document at their quality assurance team meetings.  Where possible, staff should work through the document in sections to ensure that they are putting into practice City & Guilds policy.
