City & Guilds Walled Garden?
The Walled Garden offers training providers efficient secure online service which among other things covers:
Registering candidates, award or complex number and their fees, resetting your Walled Garden password,
and also obtaining a copy of your invoice.
I have a candidate who has been registered with City & Guilds before.
No need to re register the candidate with a new enrolment number, ask the candidate for their original enrolment number and use that.
I have received candidate’s certificate and there is an error with the spelling of a candidate’s name?
You'll need to return the certificate on headed paper to City & Guilds and phone Customer Relations ASAP, who will then be able to resolve this problem.
Checks on fraudulent certificates or documentation?
City & Guilds can check if you have doubts/suspicions regarding a certificate you consider might be fraudulent for more detailed information student course records
