Employability qualifications

Employability qualifications

These qualifications recognise knowledge and skills gained in the workplace or through a variety of structured activities.

These qualifications recognise the generic employability and personal development skills that help learners to seek, obtain and retain employment. In particular, they develop the ‘soft skills’ required by employers across all vocational sectors. By developing learners’ skills and confidence, they also help them to progress to further learning.
