Regional Manager - John Lockwood
The Regional Manager's responsibilities include managing the Regional Office and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and quality management support to our centres. The Regional Manager is also responsible for the on-going development of the region, ensuring the needs of the learner and customer are met.
Customer Relationship Managers
The Customer Relationship Managers operate from the regional office to support customers by providing advice and guidance in the delivery of City & Guilds qualifications. They are available to discuss business opportunities on becoming a City & Guilds centre.
Kerry Dunkley - covers the counties of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Bristol and former Avon area.
Diane Willes - covers the counties of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall in addition to provision within HM Prisons.
Sales Co-ordinator – Emma Hartland
Carries out activities to complement and support the work of the Customer Relationship Managers. This includes giving advice and support to new and existing centres when expanding current award portfolios. This role is also responsible for the co-ordination and support of regional events, network group meetings and surgeries.
Quality Manager – David Guias-Palmer
Responsible for the Management of the Quality Team to ensure excellent customer service to all City & Guilds Centres in line with regulators guidelines and City & Guilds policy and practice.
Quality Co-ordinators
The quality co-ordinators will assist centres with the delivery of qualifications. They monitor our External Verifiers and will manage the approval process for both new and existing centres.
Joanne Hawkins – covers Cornwall and centres in Devon with a PL post code
Clare Schofield – covers Devon (centres with an EX and TQ post code only)
Jane Parsons - covers Gloucestershire, and the former Avon area – Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Rachael Sparrow – covers Dorset and Wiltshire.
Juliette Church – covers Somerset and all prision provision across the region.
Regional Customer Advisors
The Regional Customer Advisors provide a first point of contact for general enquiries and also support the Regional Team working within policy guidelines.
