An apprenticeship is made up of three distinct elements which will provide your employees with all the training they need: a Technical Certificate provides the skills and knowledge essential to successful employment in your business; a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) demonstrates that these skills can be put in to practice; and a Key Skills Qualification develops vital employability skills including communication, application of number, information technology, problem solving, working with others and improving individual learning.
