An update on additional support materials for 8984, 8985, 8960, 8959, 8981, 8575

The work to improve the support materials for the IEQs continues and this month there are the following improvements:

• There are two new sample papers available for the Access Certificate in English qualification (ACE). Both of them are downloadable from the IEQ pages of the website.
• The sample paper CD for International ESOL & Spoken ESOL (8984 & 8985) will be available to centres from week commencing the 19th March.
• New sample papers are now available for the Spoken English Tests for Business (8981). They can be downloaded from the website. There are two new papers for each level of the examination.

Further details on support materials will be posted here on a monthly basis.

IEQ web page improvements

There has been a lot of improvement to the IEQ pages this month. Much has been done to rationalise the links and structure of the pages, facilitating navigation and making the support materials much easier to find.
Over the last few weeks there have been reports that it has been difficult to download certain documents. The work done should also solve these problems.
