Mandy James – National Manager for Wales
Mandy, a fluent Welsh speaker, leads the Wales team and has overall responsibility for the strategic aims and operational objectives for Wales.
Andrew Neill – Quality Manager
Andrew is responsible for the management of the Quality Team ensuring the team provides excellent customer service to all our centres.
Sue Gwynn – National Advisor for Community & Society
Sue is the sector advisor providing expertise, advice and guidance on Care, Health and Community.
Jan Morgan – Customer Relationship Manager
Jan develops business within our centres providing advice and guidance on all products and services to existing and prospective centres.
Sarah Chamberlain – Quality Coordinator
Sarah is responsible for our new and existing centres in the postcode area CF, providing support and excellent customer service.
Siân Davies – Quality Coordinator/ Welsh Language Coordinator
Siân, a fluent Welsh speaker, is responsible for new and existing centres in postcode areas LL and NP, providing support and excellent customer service. Siân is also the Welsh Language Coordinator responding to queries and supporting all centres providing bi-lingual services.
Rachel Davies – Quality Coordinator
Rachel, a fluent Welsh speaker, looks after our new and existing centres in postcode areas SA,LD,SY and CH, providing support and excellent customer service.
Annie Jarman – Sales Coordinator
Annie provides support to the CRMs, coordinates the events and networks and assists in the marketing and PR for the Wales office.
Zara Keene – National Customer Advisor
Zara is the first point of contact when contacting the Wales office, she organises the Assessor and IV events and answers general queries from centres.
