Andrew Critchlow – IT PC and Network Support

Andrew is 21-years-old and from West Sleekburn in Northumberland. He works for Bedlingtonshire Community High School, which he once attended as a pupil! He has studied at Gateshead College where he became CCNA Certified and is currently working towards a CCNP qualification at City of Sunderland College.

‘Competing in skills competitions has done wonders for my confidence, both on a professional and personal level. I enjoy interacting with the competitors and learning from their experiences.’

Competition requirements: Andrew will be required to install, configure, maintain and upgrade PC hardware, software and networks. He will also need to demonstrate his skills in fault finding, diagnosis and trouble shooting.
