Helen Bready – Nations Territory Manager
Helen provides leadership and management of resources to deliver outstanding customer service and financial and quality management to ensure the positive positioning of City & Guilds in the nation’s environment and achieve the UK Sales Plan. Territory Manager for the regions means having responsibility for Scotland, Wales & N Ireland.
Sharon Galway - Quality Manager
Sharon is responsible for the management of the Quality Team to ensure excellent customer service to all City & Guilds centres, in line with regulators' guidelines and City & Guilds policy and practice. This includes monitoring our external verifiers and managing the approval process both for new and existing centres.
Dympna Trainor - Quality Co-ordinator
Dympna assists with the delivery of qualifications. She monitors external verifiers and manages the approval process of new and existing centres for City & Guilds, Northern Ireland and CITB, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
Myrtle Parker – Quality Co-ordinator
Myrtle contributes to the quality management of the region to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers throughout N Ireland. She also assists with the delivery of qualifications and monitors external verifiers on a daily basis.
Fiona Callaghan – CRM
Fiona manages the relationship between City & Guilds and the customer by implementing a sales and contact strategy to develop business and ensure customer retention, across a geographical area.
Lucy Latewood - Sales Co-ordinator
Lucy supports customer relationship management in the region through the development of customer services strategies by carrying out sales research within N Ireland and contributing to the improvement of customer service levels and the annual sales target. Organising and co-ordinating events is also a major part of her role.
Suzi Gray – Community & Society National Advisor N Ireland
Suzi's role is to apply expert knowledge to the establishment and development of relationships with key policy representatives and decision-making groups to achieve public recognition of the value of City & Guilds, and community & society provision and services.
Maria McKeith - Quality Assistant
Provides administrative support to the Northern Ireland Quality team and helps support the delivery of excellent customer service within the region.
