Graham SquireGraham is 21 years old from Gosport in Hampshire. He now lives in London where he is employed by the world famous Claridge’s Hotel.

Graham has achieved several NVQs up to Level 4 including Butchery and Cooking. As part of his specialised chef’s training he has also completed the City & Guilds course in Intermediate Food Hygiene.

‘In the next five years I hope to work in as many hotels and restaurants as possible in different countries like France and Germany. I want to continue learning and improving.’

Competition requirements: Graham will prepare a wide range of hot and cold savoury dishes as well as hot and cold desserts.
