Since Monday 5 November, you will have noticed a more consistent ‘look and feel’ to the printed documents sent to you, which are now easier to read and interpret. Wherever possible, terminology has also been standardised - this extends to printed documents and online reports.

Order related

In an attempt to reduce the amount of paper generated, many order related reports have been made available online only.  Paper versions of these reports are still  available, but only for the few centres still placing manual orders on paper ie Forms S and/or BB.

• Order confirmation – formerly known as 'Nominal Roll Reports', is available by order type, eg registration, results entry, dated entry etc.  
• Notification of Candidate Enrolment (NCE) - this document is no longer printed and has been discontinued.
• Invoices – are consolidated and produced on a weekly basis.
• Delivery Notes - accompany all our dispatches for examinations, results and publication materials.
