OneFile is an integrated e-portfolio and assessment solution for use by training providers delivering criteria-based qualifications such as NVQs, Key Skills and Technical Certificates.
As well as anyone who want to take advantage of a cost-effective package delivered over the Internet whilst retaining the integrity and familiarity of a traditional paper-based assessment system.
OneFile is built and managed by Manchester-based Citrus Lounge, an Internet Solutions company with a proven track record in delivering successful Internet-based applications to the training and educational sector since 1998.
Throughout the development stages of OneFile, the company has performed extensive consultation with NVQ assessors, verifiers and managers to deliver a familiar work tool.
With over two years in the running and a broad client base including FE colleges, county councils, private training providers, NHS, emergency services and armed forces, OneFile was the product of choice for City & Guilds and Harcourt Education to deliver their e-learning materials and combined e-portfolio.

• We offer a unique branding service in which we are able to completely redesign the display of the e-portfolio (colours, fonts, layout, appearance, etc) so that it looks part of your existing website or e-learning software.
• Assessment plans, assessment forms and feedback forms can all be customised as well as any other forms or processes that are specific to your Centre.
• We can also develop, where possible, specific reports or, in addition, functionality that may be required by your Centre, including but not restricted to the import/export of data to/from your management information systems (MIS).
