We are currently working through a phased introduction of a new system to support our EV reporting. This system is called the Quality Management System (QMS). The initial phase will see the introduction of an electronic EV report on 1 November 2007 for HAB and 1 January 2008 for City & Guilds and NPTC.
This date is a little later than originally intended. As such we thank you for your patience and support.
QMS will mark a significant shift in focus from verification to quality management. It forms a core element of our offer to you and has been designed to improve our customer service.
We are confident that the launch of the QMS will dramatically improve the way we work with you, making your life easier.
