These qualifications cover the important aspects of food and drink hygiene, controlling production processes and maintaining quality. They are offered at four levels and so are suitable for all involved in manufacturing food and drink products including operators, supervisors and managers. Last Certifications: Level 1 - 30/09/08, Level 2 - 30/09/09, Level 3 - 30/09/10 Please refer to 1245 which has now replaced this qualification.
