- Full level 3 entitlement? Yes!
- Recognised as a Technical Certificate for Advanced Apprentices? Yes!
Funding information should be on the LAD in about 6 weeks.
Depending on how many centres are running the existing 450 guided learning hours qualification 500/1724/X, we may replace it, but we’ll let you know in lots of time and your students will still be able to get their certification.

Centre and qualification approval
If you already run the e-Quals level 3 Advanced Diploma for IT Professionals (500/1724/X), then you will get automatic approval to run this new 7266 level 3 Advanced Diploma for IT Professionals (FL3E) 500/3314/1. You have to do nothing, City & Guilds will do the work.
If you are a new centre and want to run the award, then you can apply for full qualification approval by completing the Qualification Approval Process (QAP) form. There is guidance on qualification approval in Providing City & Guilds Qualifications from our website.
